Sarah is a Registered Dietitian nutritionist with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. "Food is deeply personal, shaped by culture, upbringing, and experiences, and I strive to create a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to build sustainable, healthful habits that align with their unique needs and values. I’d love to get to know you and support you in your recovery journey toward a balanced, nourishing relationship with food free of food rules and judgement. If you think you could benefit from my approach, I would love to connect! ." Sarah Liao.

Christina Chagaris is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals develop a positive, sustainable relationship with food. With extensive experience treating eating disorders and disordered eating at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care, she has worked with individuals facing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, OSFED, and co-occurring conditions such as OCD and neurodivergence. Her philosophy is rooted in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and a non-diet approach providing clients with compassionate, individualized care that meets them where they are.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Christina brings a unique perspective as a lifelong dancer who previously trained at Joffrey Ballet School, giving her a deep understanding of the nutritional needs and challenges dancers and athletes often face. During her internship at Long Island University Post, she worked with Division I athletes, helping them optimize performance through nutrition while fostering a healthy, balanced mindset around food. Her background allows her to bridge the gap between performance nutrition and eating disorder recovery, offering specialized support for those looking to fuel their bodies without fear.

Christina’s goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to rebuild trust with food and develop a healthier mindset around nourishment. She believes in a holistic, client-centered approach that considers both physical and emotional well-being.

Outside of her work as a dietitian, Christina enjoys teaching and taking dance class, practicing yoga, hiking, reading and expanding her knowledge in holistic nutrition and sports performance. She is excited to support clients on their journey toward food freedom, balance, and long-term well-being.
