Services
We provide free 10-15 minute phone consultations prior to booking any service

Initial Consultation
Your first visit is a 60-minute session designed to truly get to know you. During this time, you’ll meet with a member of our team to explore your nutrition history, medical background, and relationship with food in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Together, we’ll identify your goals, begin to understand your unique needs, and create a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your life. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a plan for ongoing support through follow-up sessions tailored to you.

Follow - Up Visits
Each 45-minute follow-up session is your dedicated space for ongoing support, reflection, and progress. Together, we can explore your patterns with food, process challenges that came up during the week, and work through anything that feels stuck or overwhelming.
You’ll receive personalized, practical nutrition guidance tailored to your goals—whether that’s improving consistency with eating, reducing food anxiety, supporting recovery, or optimizing performance. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, helping you build skills, confidence, and a more grounded, sustainable relationship with food over time.

Meal Support
Struggling with accountability at meal times? Wish you had support getting through a meal or snack without stress or second-guessing?
Meal support sessions offer a safe, supportive space to eat alongside a member of our team. During these sessions, you’ll share a meal or snack in real time while receiving gentle guidance, encouragement, and practical support if challenges come up.
Compared to a typical follow-up visit, meal support is more relaxed and conversational—giving you the opportunity to build confidence, stay present with your food, and practice meeting your nutrition goals in a low-pressure environment.
These sessions are designed to help you feel more at ease with eating, strengthen consistency, and remind you that you don’t have to do this alone.
