About Christina
Christina is a Registered Dietitian who helps you build a calmer, more trusting relationship with food—one that supports both your mental well-being and your physical goals.
She specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating, with extensive experience working at the partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. Christina has supported clients navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, OSFED, and co-occurring conditions such as OCD and neurodivergence. Her approach is rooted in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and a non-diet philosophy—meaning your care is compassionate, personalized, and never one-size-fits-all.
Christina also brings a unique perspective as a lifelong dancer who trained at the Joffrey Ballet School. She understands firsthand the pressures, expectations, and nutritional demands that dancers and athletes face. Through her work with Division I athletes at Long Island University Post, she has helped clients fuel for performance while maintaining a balanced, healthy mindset around food.
This combination of clinical expertise and lived experience allows Christina to bridge the gap between eating disorder recovery and performance nutrition—so you don’t have to choose between healing your relationship with food and supporting your goals.
If you work with Christina, here’s what you’ll get:
A safe, supportive space where you can openly explore your relationship with food, body image, and performance pressures
A non-diet, weight-inclusive approach that prioritizes your well-being over rigid rules or external expectations
Guidance to rebuild trust with your body, including hunger, fullness, and internal cues
Tools to reduce food anxiety, guilt, and all-or-nothing thinking
Support navigating co-occurring challenges like OCD, perfectionism, or neurodivergence
For dancers and athletes: realistic, sustainable fueling strategies to improve energy, recovery, and performance—without restriction
A collaborative, individualized plan that evolves with you and your needs
Care that supports both your emotional and physical health, not just what’s on your plate
Christina’s goal is to help you feel more at ease with food, more connected to your body, and more confident in how you nourish yourself—whether you’re in recovery, feeling stuck in disordered patterns, or looking to support your performance in a sustainable way.
Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find her dancing, practicing yoga, hiking, or continuing to expand her knowledge in holistic nutrition and sports performance—all of which inform the well-rounded, grounded care she brings to her clients.
