About Rebecca

Rebecca is an anti-diet Registered Dietitian based in New York City. She helps people build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food—while also supporting your performance, health, and overall well-being.

Rebecca specializes in eating disorders and performance nutrition for dancers and athletes. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), she brings deep clinical expertise alongside a compassionate, individualized approach that meets you exactly where you are.

Rebecca has extensive experience supporting clients with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, and ARFID, and has worked across higher levels of care including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Rebecca has also led nutrition programming in mental health and substance use treatment settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of complex clinical needs.

Rebecca’s background includes serving as the on-campus Dietitian at Barnard College of Columbia University, where she provided counseling and helped develop care protocols as part of the Eating Disorder team. She currently leads the nutrition department at the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theatre, supporting dancers in fueling for performance, preventing injury, and sustaining demanding training schedules.

If you work with Rebecca, here’s what you’ll get:

A safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about your struggles with food, body image, or performance pressure

A personalized, weight-inclusive approach that honors your body—not fights it

Support in healing your relationship with food, moving away from restriction, guilt, and rigid rules

Clear, practical guidance on how to nourish your body consistently and adequately

Tools to reduce anxiety around food, eating, and body changes

For athletes and dancers: performance-focused nutrition strategies to improve energy, strength, recovery, and injury prevention

Care that considers your full mental health picture, not just food behaviors

A collaborative experience where you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way

Through an all-foods-fit, weight-inclusive philosophy, your work together will focus on helping you reconnect with your body, trust your internal cues, and feel more at ease around food.

Whether you’re navigating recovery, feeling stuck in food rules, or looking to optimize performance without compromising your well-being, Rebecca will support you in creating a sustainable path forward.

And if you’re in the Tribeca office, you might even get a visit from Rebecca's sweet pup, Ember—always ready to provide a little extra comfort.
